"We were selling my late dad's 1931 Model A and not knowing much about the car could not keep it running. Rich promptly returned my call, unlike other shops, and arranged to have the car towed to his shop the next day. He got it running and test drove it to make sure everything was ok. He even arranged for new tires to be installed at the request of the buyer at the last minute. He provided detailed starting instructions and shrink wrapped the old tires so we could ship them off with the car to the buyer in Germany. I honestly do not know what I would do if I didn't find him!"
