ORDERS: When you place your order in our shopping cart you will receive a confirming e-mail. We will then get back to you to ensure your order is correct and to confirm price and availability. We will also get your payment information at this time.
PAYMENT: Payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Discover or certified check directly to us by phone, or e-mail.
SHIPPING Most shipments via UPS or FedEx ground service. Other Options are available at an additional charge. When we finalize your order we will confirm your shipping preference. All claims against a shipped item MUST BE MADE WITHIN THREE DAYS OF RECEIPT.
RETURNS All returns must have an Return Material Authorization [RMA]
You must contact Crazyhorse Hot Rods by phone [856-765-1101] to procure this RMA.
RMA´s are only valid for 30 days from issue. The RMA number MUST BE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX or the material will be refused.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items that are modified or not resellable will not be accepted.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS Customers will be charged a 15% handling fee plus freight on all refused shipments.
BACK ORDERS Orders or portions of orders for merchandise temporarily out of stock will be held on back order and shipped immediately when available.
LIABILITY Crazyhorse Hotrods will not be liable for personal or property damage caused by the use or misuse of any product we manufacturer or sell. No warranty is expressed or implied. We will repair any product we deem to be defective subject to our inspection.
RIGHTS RETAINED Crazyhorse Hotrods reserves the right to make changes in design or to make additions to or improvements upon any of our products at any time without incurring any obligations whatsoever.
